Ordered this dress in Navy to wear to my rehearsal dinner, and like most, I was skeptical of ordering from a company like this. I even bought a backup dress in case it didnt work out.... I was pleasantly surprised with the great service I received. The dress arrived within the timeframe specified, and was tailored exactly to my specifications. Customer service was excellent - I had emailed to check in on the status of the order and they got back to me right away with a timeframe for arrival. The dress was very well made. Only 4 stars, however, because there is some origami-type folded detail at the front of the dress - look carefully at the photo. I didnt see it in the photo before I ordered it, and was surprised by that aspect of the dress when it arrived. It looks nice, but it doesnt look like Id imagined it would look when ordering, so make sure to look closely at the photo.
