I am 5 11 145lbs my measurements are 35,30,36. I bought a standard size 8 and it fit like a glove perfect no alteration needed and it was long enough with 2 inch heels. The only negative is there is no boning in the body of the dress like description indicate so it does kind of fall. The shipping was fast and customer service was amazing. They responded to all my emails.
