n light tulle, this embroidered short homecoming dress has ballerina appeal that's ideal for showcasing a softer side. The light and airy skirt on this semi-formal party dress flows over the hips with grace and sweeps with every turn like an irresistible tutu. Small flowers and beading embroidered the fabric add to the beautiful look and complement the girly little skirt. Creating the appearance of length, a plunging v-neckline with an illusion inset curves slightly as it angles all the way down to the natural waistline. Several layers provide a voluminous and whimsical look to the short fit-and-flare tulle skirt. A head-turner for hoco, sweet-16 parties, or pageants in this short a-line homecoming party dress.

As I said, the dress is great, see my rating: Very high quality - the seamstress couldnt do better either. I got this for my daughter for her hoco! She loved it. We order a custom fit because she is about a size zero. We sent in her measurements and it fits her beautifully!! She cant wait to work it on her big day. This is my fifth purchase...I highly recommend this site!
