I am a size 4 or 5 X and had this custom made. It is Superbly made: attention to detail, finished to the highest quality. Heavy lining, Which will be warm, but is perfect in every way. My bust size is smaller than the usually 5x woman, so it is padded. Thank you for such thoughtfulness! I was worried the arm holes would not be big enough, but they are perfect. I will need to take it up,but better to be too long than too short. I will also need to join the neckline a little as it plunges way too far for me, but
