I wasn t sure how to rate the sheerness but it is definitely not see through AT ALL I was surprised at the quality of this dress for the price. I am used to sub par quality but this is akin to something you d purchase in a department store. I bought it for my mom to wear as a mother of the groom dress. She looked stunning and got MANY compliments on the dress.We ordered a 14 and 16 based on her measurements and the chart provided. The 16 was too baggy in the chest but the 14 was perfect (even though the size chart indicated it would be too small). Based on that, I d say it runs slightly large.Returning the 16 was simple and easy.Would absolutely buy again and recommend to others.

The material is a higher quality than I expected. My torso is a little short so it bunches up a bit around the lower abdomen but for something last minute and affordable it is next to perfect. It shipped early too so that was a nice surprise! I can not wait to wear it on my wedding day.
