This dress is so beautiful. I got so many compliments! I liked it alot. I paid the additional fee to send my measurements for a custom fit. The dress was made well. I was 90% happy, but I will take the responsibility for the 10% reduction. I had my friend take my measurements. I requested to add length and I did not need to. I suggest getting measurements done by professional if you choose the customized option. I also lost about 10 more lbs after I ordered. My dress was a little too big. I added some tule in the bust area to cover my cleavage. I was attending my son's wedding and I did NOT want to have the girls on display. My advice is to order as soon as possible so you do not stress out while you wait for the dress to come. It took about 6 weeks! I don't like that you can't speak to anyone, but overall I was happy with the product. I will use them again it I need a dress for a special occasion.
