I ordered this dress and received it in 10 days !!! To be honest I was a little skeptical bc I had read some not so good reviews but my daughter loved this dress so I thought I would give them a chance. The customer service ( Anna , Vivian and Jenna ) were all so helpful . Keep in mind to check email early in the am bc of the time change. The dress came and is BEAUTIFUL !!!! It also fits perfectly. My daughter normally wears a 6 but according to the chart she a 8 which is what I ordered plus sent in her exact measurements in the added box bc her hollow ( neck to floor measure ) was going to be shorter.than the size 8 . The dress fits like it was made for her and It is also slightly stretchy. The color is exactly like the picture. With it being velvet it takes on a deep royal hue which makes it perfect. I am so happy I gave them a chance and ordered this. I will be happy to send a picture when she all dressed up in it Thanks again laveliya !!!!!
